Chocolate Box

Ingredientes

500g Garoto White Couverture Chocolate, chopped
50g Garoto Milk Couverture Chocolate, chopped

Materials needed:
1 box mold (with bottom and lid)
1 small round brush
pastry brush

Preparo
30 minutes

1 550g box

1 Melt and temper white chocolate and milk chocolate, separately.

2 Make the box by following the step by step instructions.

3 Fill the box with your favorite bonbons and truffles and place the lid. Pack with transparent cellophane and finalize with a lace.

Dicas


If you don¿t have a box mold, cut 4 butter paper strips measuring 15cm x 3cm for the sides and 2 squares measuring 15cm x 15cm for bottom and lid. Paint several times with tempered white chocolate and refrigerate after each layer made. On the last layer, draw some arabesques with dark chocolate and refrigerate until completely hard. Remove butter paper and, with gloves, assemble the box by joining the parts with tempered chocolate.
