Ingredientes

1 recipe Traditional Chocolate Batter

For filling:
320g apricot or orange jam

For topping:
200g Garoto Dark Couverture Chocolate
3 teacups confectioners¿ sugar
2 tablespoons Garoto Chocolate Powder
½ teacup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon honey

For decoration:
300g Dessert Dark Chocolate

1 Batter: prepare traditional chocolate batter, let cool, and cut into two layers.

2 Topping: melt and temper dark chocolate. Transfer chocolate to mixer, fold in sugar, chocolate powder, and stir well. Lastly, add butter at room temperature, honey, and 4 tablespoons hot water. Beat well until well blended.

3 Assembly and decoration: fill with apricot jam and spread topping. Melt Dessert Chocolate and put it into a butter paper cone, draw grids with swinging horizontal and vertical movements. Refrigerate to set. Demold grids by gently pulling butter paper, loose ends with a small knife. Gently fix them on sides of cake and decorate top.
