Apple Chocolate

Ingredientes

Filling:
3 medium sized apples, peeled and chopped (200g each)
3 tablespoons sugar (36g)
2 cinnamon sticks

For molding:
500g Garoto Milk Chocolate Couverture, chopped

Preparo
40 minutes

40 candies

1 Filling: combine apples, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium sized saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until apples cook. Sift mixture to purée. Let cool.

2 For molding: melt and temper milk chocolate. Mold candies using the apple filling.

3 De mold and keep in cool and airy place. Since the apple filling is very humid, these candies must be served within 2 days, maximum, to avoid changes.
